Warranty Policy at Saigon Implant Center

Saigon Implant Center commitment to patients extends well beyond the completion of treatment. We believe that successful long-term outcomes depend not only on high-quality clinical care and premium dental materials, but also on regular follow-up, proper oral hygiene, and ongoing collaboration between the patient and our clinical team.

warranty policy

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage available for eligible treatments, the conditions required to maintain warranty eligibility, and the process for requesting warranty support.

Depending on the treatment provided, warranty coverage may be offered by the manufacturer, by Saigon Implant Center, or through a combination of both. The applicable warranty period, terms, and conditions are provided in each patient’s Warranty Card and treatment documentation.

Warranty Eligibility

Patients may be eligible for warranty support when all of the following conditions are met:

  • Treatment was completed at Saigon Implant Center.
  • A valid Warranty Card is presented, or the patient’s treatment records can be verified in our clinical system.
  • The recommended treatment plan has been completed unless otherwise documented by the treating dentist.
  • The patient attends scheduled follow-up and maintenance appointments as recommended.
  • Good oral hygiene has been maintained in accordance with the dentist’s instructions.
  • All post-treatment care instructions have been followed.
  • The information provided in connection with the warranty request is accurate and consistent with the patient’s clinical records.

If a Warranty Card has been lost, warranty eligibility may still be confirmed through the patient’s treatment records maintained by Saigon Implant Center.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty support may include, where applicable:

  • Manufacturer warranties for eligible dental implant systems and restorative materials.
  • Clinic-supported warranties for eligible dental restorations and prosthetic treatments.
  • Clinical assessment and appropriate corrective treatment when a case qualifies under the applicable warranty terms.

Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of treatment, restorative material, implant system, manufacturer’s warranty, and the clinic’s warranty program.

Specific warranty details are provided individually in each patient’s Warranty Card and treatment records.

Warranty Assessment

Every warranty request is carefully reviewed by our clinical team before a decision is made.

The assessment may include:

  • Review of the patient’s treatment records.
  • Clinical examination.
  • Digital X-rays or CBCT imaging when clinically indicated.
  • Evaluation of oral hygiene and maintenance.
  • Assessment of bite function, prosthetic integrity, and biological conditions that may affect the treatment outcome.

Warranty decisions are based on clinical findings, diagnostic records, and accepted professional standards rather than appearance or subjective expectations alone.

Situations Not Covered by Warranty

Warranty support does not apply under the following circumstances.

  • Patient-related factors
  • Failure to maintain good oral hygiene.
  • Smoking or other habits that may negatively affect treatment outcomes.
  • Failure to attend recommended follow-up or maintenance appointments.
  • Failure to follow post-treatment care instructions.
  • Dental treatment or modifications performed by another provider before the patient returns to Saigon Implant Center for evaluation.
